Thanks to our expertise and an international network, we organize supply chains and transports to every corner of the world. Thanks to our headquarters in the Lage-Kachtenhausen business park, we are of course also connected to the region and are therefore always there for you locally. In addition, the GPK offers 65,000 m² of office, production and logistics space for almost every industry – in other words, for anyone who wants to set up shop here.

The GPK is the ideal location for start-ups, because we live and offer synergies, networking, office space and warehouse management right next door. As our storage areas are scalable, they can grow directly with your company without the need to relocate. Feel free to contact us!

Office space

We offer over 3,000 m² of customized space for individual requirements. All fire protection requirements are met, and you are welcome to have a say in the furnishings and layout and design the office space according to your ideas.

Storage areas

We currently have around 40,000 m² of storage space with different characteristics and requirement profiles in terms of fire protection, material movement, temperature sensitivity, ventilation systems and much more. Both high-bay and block storage areas are available, and all areas can be divided as required.

As a forwarding and logistics expert, mw1 Logistikzentrum GmbH is also happy to take over the management of your space on request. In addition, the Kachtenhausen business park is connected to an international general cargo system and therefore has direct transport links to German seaports and airports.

Technical equipment

All areas are equipped with fast fiber optic/CAT7 network cables and an RFID system for access control. All buildings are equipped with modern fire alarm and video surveillance systems.

E-mobility

We rely on renewables. That’s why we offer several charging stations at our site, which can of course also be used by your employees and customers.

Production areas

Generous areas are also available for manufacturing industry, which are supplied via a transformer station with 2,500 kVA including a high-voltage connection.
