Career story of Anastasia Fast
From mini-job to team leader: lateral entry at its best!
Anastasia is our best example of how surprising and successful a career at mw1group can be. She started in September 2019 with a lateral entry as a mini-jobber in fulfillment – today, as team leader, she is responsible for the processes and scheduling of employees. She is also an important pillar in customer support and always has an open ear for our customers and her fulfillment team. Anastasia, we are happy to have you with us!
Career story of Guido Rehberg
Growing with you and enthusiastically involved – for over 30 years!
Guido completed his training as a dispatcher at Helmut Grotebrune’s (Jens Grotebrune’s father) company back in the late 1980s and, with one brief interruption, has always remained loyal to the family business. Guido has now been employed as a dispatcher at mw1 Logistikzentrum GmbH since 2007 – and is a real rock in the surf. Thank you Guido!
